How much does an appliance repair cost?
The diagnosis is free. Once the technician finds the fault you get the full price for parts and labour, and nothing is done until you approve it.
How soon can a technician come?
Most bookings in Nairobi get a visit the same day. We work Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 19:00, and confirm your time on WhatsApp or by phone.
Do you use genuine spare parts?
Yes. We fit genuine parts made for your brand and model, and carry the common ones in the van so most repairs finish on the first visit.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes. We test the appliance with you before we leave and every repair is covered by our warranty.
