Not spinning

Won’t start or fill
Dead panel, door lock fault, closed tap, blocked inlet filter or a failed inlet valve.
Shaking and banging
Worn shock absorbers or springs, broken counterweight or a failing drum bearing.
Smells bad
Lint and detergent build-up in the sump, seal and pump. We strip and clean it properly.
Before you call: unplug the machine, put a towel down and open the small filter door at the bottom front. A blocked filter causes most draining faults.

How much does washing machine repair cost in Nairobi?
