Usually the drum is overloaded or unbalanced so the spin stops early, the drain filter or pump is blocked, the spin speed is set low, or the belt or motor is worn. Try a spin-only cycle with a smaller load and clean the drain filter. If the clothes are still wet, book a repair.
Check the machine is level and all four feet touch the floor. On a new machine, make sure the transport bolts at the back were removed. If it still shakes with an even load, the shock absorbers or springs are likely worn and need a technician.
