Banging on spin (UB, UE)
Unbalanced loads, or worn shock absorbers and a loose counterweight on machines that have done a few years of spins.
AddWash door won’t lock (DC, DS)
The door lock assembly or its wiring. We carry Samsung door locks for the common models.
Freezer fine, fridge warm
On Twin Cooling and side-by-side models, ice often builds up over the evaporator fan (22E, 21E). It needs a proper defrost and a check of the heater and sensor.
Digital Inverter not starting
The compressor clicks or stays silent. Usually the inverter board rather than the compressor itself, which is a smaller repair.
Ice maker leaking or frozen
A frozen fill tube or failed ice pipe heater (33E) on models with an ice and water dispenser.
Sound but no picture
The LED backlight strips are the most common fault on Samsung LED TVs. We replace the full set so the brightness stays even.
Red light, won’t turn on
A power board or main board fault, often after a power surge.
No power
A failed power board or standby circuit.
Runs but doesn’t heat
The magnetron, high-voltage diode or capacitor. The turntable and light still work, which points to the heating circuit.
Sparking
A burnt waveguide cover or damaged cavity paint. Stop using it until it’s fixed.
Turntable not turning
A worn turntable motor or coupler.
WindFree not cooling
Dirty filters and coils, low gas from a leak, or a failed sensor. We check the gas pressure before refilling anything.
Not cooling
Dirty filters, low gas from a leak, or a failed capacitor or fan.
Leaking water
A blocked drain line or tray on the indoor unit.
No heat
A blown thermal fuse, failed heater or thermostat.
Drum not turning
A snapped drum belt or a worn motor or idler pulley.
Takes too long
Blocked lint filter, vent hose or condenser, or a weak heater.

Do you repair Samsung Digital Inverter fridges?
