Won’t spin
A drain fault, worn motor brushes or a failed motor control board.
Not draining
Water left in the drum, or a code like 5C, OE or E18. Usually a blocked filter, hose or a worn drain pump.
Condenser dryer not drying
A clogged condenser or lint filter, or a failed heater or thermostat.
No heat
A blown thermal fuse, failed heater or thermostat.
Drum not turning
A snapped drum belt or a worn motor or idler pulley.
NeoFrost fridge icing up
A failed defrost heater or sensor, or a blocked drain.
Not cooling
Low gas from a leak, dusty condenser coils, a failed fan, thermostat or start relay.
Gas refilling
We find and fix the leak first, then pull a vacuum and refill with the right gas for your fridge.
Burner won’t light
Blocked jets from spills, a wet or cracked igniter, or a faulty spark generator.
Clicks but no flame
The spark is there but gas isn’t reaching the burner: jets, valve or supply.
Flame goes out
When the flame dies after you let go of the knob, the thermocouple usually needs replacing.
Not washing clean
Blocked spray arms or filters, or a weak wash pump.
Not draining
Water left in the bottom from a blocked filter, drain hose or pump.
Leaking
Worn door seals, a split sump or a loose hose. Many models stop with a flood code.
Not heating
A burnt-out element, thermostat or selector switch. On gas ovens, the igniter or valve.
Uneven baking
A failed fan motor or fan element, or a thermostat reading the wrong temperature.
Door won’t close
Worn hinges, a broken door lock or a hardened seal letting the heat out.
On Beko condenser dryers, clean both the lint filter and the condenser unit behind the bottom panel every few weeks. A blocked condenser is the most common reason clothes stay damp.
