Where is the Barazza service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Barazza service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Barazza repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Barazza service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Barazza directly.
Do you offer Barazza home service?
Yes. For cookers & hobs, ovens and cooker hoods our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Barazza appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Barazza is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Barazza first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
How much does a Barazza service cost?
The diagnosis is free. The technician finds the fault on your Barazza, tells you the full price for parts and labour, and nothing starts until you approve it.
