Where is the Baumatic service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Baumatic service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Baumatic repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Baumatic service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Baumatic directly.
Do you offer Baumatic home service?
Yes. For ovens, cookers & hobs, dishwashers and cooker hoods our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Baumatic appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Baumatic is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Baumatic first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
How much does a Baumatic service cost?
The diagnosis is free. The technician finds the fault on your Baumatic, tells you the full price for parts and labour, and nothing starts until you approve it.
