Where is the Beko service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Beko service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Beko repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Beko service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Beko directly.
Do you offer Beko home service?
Yes. For washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges & freezers, cookers & hobs, dishwashers and ovens our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Beko appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Beko is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Beko first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
How much does a Beko service cost?
The diagnosis is free. The technician finds the fault on your Beko, tells you the full price for parts and labour, and nothing starts until you approve it.
