Where is the Bompani service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Bompani service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Bompani repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Bompani service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Bompani directly.
Do you offer Bompani home service?
Yes. For cookers & hobs, ovens, fridges & freezers and washing machines our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Bompani appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Bompani is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Bompani first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
