Where is the Bosch service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Bosch service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Bosch repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Bosch service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Bosch directly.
Do you offer Bosch home service?
Yes. For washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, cookers & hobs, fridges & freezers and tumble dryers our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Bosch appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Microwaves can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Bosch is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Bosch first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
