Where is the Bruhm service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Bruhm service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Bruhm repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Bruhm service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Bruhm directly.
Do you offer Bruhm home service?
Yes. For fridges & freezers, cookers & hobs, water dispensers and washing machines our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Bruhm appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Microwaves and televisions can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Bruhm is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Bruhm first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
How much does a Bruhm service cost?
The diagnosis is free. The technician finds the fault on your Bruhm, tells you the full price for parts and labour, and nothing starts until you approve it.
