Where is the Carrier service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Carrier service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Carrier repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Carrier service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Carrier directly.
Do you offer Carrier home service?
Yes. For air conditioners our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Carrier appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Carrier is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Carrier first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
