Where is the Daikin service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Daikin service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Daikin repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Daikin service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Daikin directly.
Do you offer Daikin home service?
Yes. For air conditioners our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Daikin appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Daikin is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Daikin first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
