Where is the Electrolux service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Electrolux service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Electrolux repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Electrolux service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Electrolux directly.
Do you offer Electrolux home service?
Yes. For washing machines, fridges & freezers, cookers & hobs, ovens, dishwashers, tumble dryers and air conditioners our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Electrolux appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Electrolux is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Electrolux first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
How much does a Electrolux service cost?
The diagnosis is free. The technician finds the fault on your Electrolux, tells you the full price for parts and labour, and nothing starts until you approve it.
