Where is the Faema service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Faema service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Faema repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Faema service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Faema directly.
Do you offer Faema home service?
Most Faema appliances we see are brought to our workshop, but call us and we will tell you whether a home visit makes sense.
Can I bring my Faema appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Coffee machines can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Faema is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Faema first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
