Where is the Fagor service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Fagor service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Fagor repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Fagor service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Fagor directly.
Do you offer Fagor home service?
Yes. For cookers & hobs, ovens, washing machines and dishwashers our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Fagor appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Coffee machines can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Fagor is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Fagor first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
How much does a Fagor service cost?
The diagnosis is free. The technician finds the fault on your Fagor, tells you the full price for parts and labour, and nothing starts until you approve it.
