Where is the Falmec service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Falmec service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Falmec repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Falmec service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Falmec directly.
Do you offer Falmec home service?
Yes. For cooker hoods our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Falmec appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Falmec is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Falmec first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
