Where is the Franke service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Franke service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Franke repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Franke service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Franke directly.
Do you offer Franke home service?
Yes. For cooker hoods, ovens and cookers & hobs our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Franke appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Coffee machines can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Franke is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Franke first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
