Where is the Gree service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Gree service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Gree repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Gree service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Gree directly.
Do you offer Gree home service?
Yes. For air conditioners our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Gree appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Gree is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Gree first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
How much does a Gree service cost?
The diagnosis is free. The technician finds the fault on your Gree, tells you the full price for parts and labour, and nothing starts until you approve it.
