Where is the Haier service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Haier service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Haier repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Haier service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Haier directly.
Do you offer Haier home service?
Yes. For fridges & freezers, washing machines and air conditioners our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Haier appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Televisions and microwaves can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Haier is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Haier first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
