Where is the Hisense service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Hisense service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Hisense repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Hisense service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Hisense directly.
Do you offer Hisense home service?
Yes. For fridges & freezers, washing machines and air conditioners our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Hisense appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Televisions and microwaves can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Hisense is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Hisense first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
How much does a Hisense service cost?
The diagnosis is free. The technician finds the fault on your Hisense, tells you the full price for parts and labour, and nothing starts until you approve it.
