Where is the Hotpoint service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Hotpoint service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Hotpoint repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Hotpoint service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Hotpoint directly.
Do you offer Hotpoint home service?
Yes. For washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges & freezers, ovens and dishwashers our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Hotpoint appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Hotpoint is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Hotpoint first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
How much does a Hotpoint service cost?
