Where is the Indesit service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Indesit service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Indesit repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Indesit service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Indesit directly.
Do you offer Indesit home service?
Yes. For washing machines, fridges & freezers, cookers & hobs, ovens, dishwashers and tumble dryers our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Indesit appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Indesit is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Indesit first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
