Where is the Maytag service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Maytag service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Maytag repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Maytag service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Maytag directly.
Do you offer Maytag home service?
Yes. For washing machines, tumble dryers and fridges & freezers our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Maytag appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Maytag is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Maytag first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
