Where is the Miele service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Miele service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Miele repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Miele service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Miele directly.
Do you offer Miele home service?
Yes. For washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, tumble dryers and fridges & freezers our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Miele appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Coffee machines can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Miele is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Miele first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
