Where is the Panasonic service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Panasonic service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Panasonic repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Panasonic service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Panasonic directly.
Do you offer Panasonic home service?
Yes. For air conditioners, fridges & freezers and washing machines our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Panasonic appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Microwaves and televisions can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Panasonic is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Panasonic first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
