Where is the Samsung service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Samsung service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Samsung repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Samsung service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Samsung directly.
Do you offer Samsung home service?
Yes. For washing machines, fridges & freezers, air conditioners and tumble dryers our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Samsung appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Televisions and microwaves can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Samsung is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Samsung first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
How much does a Samsung service cost?
The diagnosis is free. The technician finds the fault on your Samsung, tells you the full price for parts and labour, and nothing starts until you approve it.
