Where is the Sub-Zero service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Sub-Zero service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Sub-Zero repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Sub-Zero service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Sub-Zero directly.
Do you offer Sub-Zero home service?
Yes. For fridges & freezers and wine coolers our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Sub-Zero appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Sub-Zero is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Sub-Zero first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
How much does a Sub-Zero service cost?
The diagnosis is free. The technician finds the fault on your Sub-Zero, tells you the full price for parts and labour, and nothing starts until you approve it.
