Where is the Toshiba service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Toshiba service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Toshiba repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Toshiba service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Toshiba directly.
Do you offer Toshiba home service?
Yes. For fridges & freezers and air conditioners our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Toshiba appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Televisions, laptops and microwaves can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Toshiba is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Toshiba first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
