Where is the Viking service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Viking service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Viking repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Viking service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Viking directly.
Do you offer Viking home service?
Yes. For cookers & hobs, ovens and fridges & freezers our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Viking appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Viking is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Viking first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
How much does a Viking service cost?
The diagnosis is free. The technician finds the fault on your Viking, tells you the full price for parts and labour, and nothing starts until you approve it.
