Where is the Vitron service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Vitron service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Vitron repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Vitron service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Vitron directly.
Do you offer Vitron home service?
Most Vitron appliances we see are brought to our workshop, but call us and we will tell you whether a home visit makes sense.
Can I bring my Vitron appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Televisions and microwaves can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Vitron is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Vitron first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
How much does a Vitron service cost?
The diagnosis is free. The technician finds the fault on your Vitron, tells you the full price for parts and labour, and nothing starts until you approve it.
