Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Whirlpool repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Whirlpool service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Whirlpool directly.
Do you offer Whirlpool home service?
Yes. For washing machines, fridges & freezers, ovens, dishwashers and tumble dryers our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Whirlpool appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Microwaves can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Whirlpool is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Whirlpool first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
