Where is the Wolf service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Wolf service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Wolf repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Wolf service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Wolf directly.
Do you offer Wolf home service?
Yes. For cookers & hobs and ovens our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Wolf appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Wolf is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Wolf first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
