Where is the AEG service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent AEG service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most AEG repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official AEG service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or AEG directly.
Do you offer AEG home service?
Yes. For washing machines, ovens, dishwashers, fridges & freezers, tumble dryers and cookers & hobs our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my AEG appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my AEG is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or AEG first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
How much does a AEG service cost?
The diagnosis is free. The technician finds the fault on your AEG, tells you the full price for parts and labour, and nothing starts until you approve it.
