Where is the Ariston service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Ariston service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Ariston repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Ariston service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Ariston directly.
Do you offer Ariston home service?
Yes. For washing machines, cookers & hobs, ovens and dishwashers our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Ariston appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Ariston is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Ariston first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
