Clicks but no flame

Flame goes out
When the flame dies after you let go of the knob, the thermocouple usually needs replacing.
Smell of gas
Turn off the cylinder and open the windows. We trace and seal the leak and pressure-test the lines.
Electric plate not heating
Burnt-out hot plates, a faulty energy regulator or loose wiring behind the panel.
For a Bosch dishwasher showing E15, don’t tip it to drain the base. Switch it off and call us: the leak that tripped the switch needs finding first.
