Where is the Defy service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Defy service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Defy repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Defy service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Defy directly.
Do you offer Defy home service?
Yes. For cookers & hobs, ovens, fridges & freezers, washing machines, dishwashers and tumble dryers our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Defy appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Defy is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Defy first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
How much does a Defy service cost?
The diagnosis is free. The technician finds the fault on your Defy, tells you the full price for parts and labour, and nothing starts until you approve it.
