Where is the Foster service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Foster service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Foster repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Foster service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Foster directly.
Do you offer Foster home service?
Yes. For cookers & hobs, ovens, cooker hoods and fridges & freezers our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Foster appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Smaller appliances can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Foster is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Foster first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
How much does a Foster service cost?
The diagnosis is free. The technician finds the fault on your Foster, tells you the full price for parts and labour, and nothing starts until you approve it.
