Where is the Nasco service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Nasco service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Nasco repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Nasco service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Nasco directly.
Do you offer Nasco home service?
Yes. For fridges & freezers, cookers & hobs and air conditioners our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Nasco appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Televisions can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Nasco is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Nasco first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
How much does a Nasco service cost?
The diagnosis is free. The technician finds the fault on your Nasco, tells you the full price for parts and labour, and nothing starts until you approve it.
