Where is the Simfer service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Simfer service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Simfer repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Simfer service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Simfer directly.
Do you offer Simfer home service?
Yes. For cookers & hobs, ovens and cooker hoods our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Simfer appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Microwaves can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Simfer is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Simfer first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
