Where is the Smeg service centre in Nairobi?
HomeFixit is an independent Smeg service centre. Our workshop is on Waiyaki Way, and our technicians visit homes and offices across Nairobi and Kiambu, so most Smeg repairs happen where the appliance is. We are not the official Smeg service centre; for warranty claims, contact the seller or Smeg directly.
Do you offer Smeg home service?
Yes. For fridges & freezers, cookers & hobs, ovens and dishwashers our technician comes to you, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Same-day visits are often possible, subject to availability.
Can I bring my Smeg appliance to your workshop?
Yes. Microwaves and coffee machines can be dropped off at our workshop on Waiyaki Way. Call or WhatsApp first so we know to expect you.
What if my Smeg is still under warranty?
Contact the seller or Smeg first while the manufacturer’s warranty runs, because an outside repair can affect it. Once it is out of warranty, we diagnose for free and give you a clear price.
